Chocolate Consumption Overload or CCO as we like to call it, is the inevitable result from indulging ourselves over the Easter break with too much eating and treating ourselves with copious amounts of this delicious treats to the point where we through all our hard work in staying fit and healthy out the window for one weekend of pure indulgence and sugary ecstasy. CCO however also goes further than just chocolate as the glutton comes out and we find ourselves overdoing it on every type of tempting food presented to us at all the many family and friend gatherings we squeeze into this four day of food heaven. Sadly, the festivities are surely over and reality sets in the moment we then try to force our slightly broader frames into our favourite pair of jeans or outfit only to discover the repercussions of glorious diet abandonment and just plain good sense brought on by an overload of sugar and carbs and then comes the painstaking task of trying to get back to shape
