In this latest abstract painting on paper, I moved away from the overall pattern of the previous painting and created more structure: Life Puzzles, 24″ x 18″ acrylic on paper. I used lines in burnt umber, feathered with a brush, to help create this sense of pathways across the surface. The bright reds create a contrasting focus.
