crafty beaver posted a photo: 78: Tonight was Evening on the Riviera, a big annual black-tie benefit gala. Some local restaurants set up and do the hors d’oeuvres, and there’s also a competition where the food is judged. My food prep II instructor was one of the judges, so he set up a partnership where culinary students could work with the different restaurants for the evening.
